The Foundation will not accept any cold applications; therefore, all agencies will be asked to call the Winona Community Office (454-6511) or email the office (grantwcf@hbci.com) to set up a convenient time to discuss all the eligibility requirements with the grant and program coordinator Jeni Arnold. The best time reach Jeni is during the hours of 8:30 - 1:30. Outside of the designated hours please use email and your call will be returned.
Please note that WCF will not be making any appointments for these discussions the last week of the months prior to review meetings (i.e. last week of Feb, May, Aug, with the final meeting month to be determined by funding availability).
We will be accepting applications any time up till October 1st 2009 or till funding have been expended. Funding will be accessed and allocated by the grant committee on a quarterly basis for 2009. It is hoped that granting funds may be available throughout the year.
