The Founder’s Fund is an unrestricted fund and was developed in 2003 in recognition of community members who dedicated their careers to the growth, prosperity and philanthropic endeavors of the community.  Together with contributions provided by both individuals and community businesses, the Founder’s Fund allows the Foundation to provide charitable funds to initiatives to further enhance life in the community.  Each year, a new member is selected as the recipient of Founder’s Award, and has the privilege of determining the recipient of the grant monies available for that fund.
